WELCOME TO THURSTABLE & WINSTREE CHURCHES

Our parishes are all committed to the Chelmsford diocesan strategy “Transforming Presence”. We seek to be a Christian presence in each of the communities we serve and all of our churches are keen to welcome new people and to grow spiritually and numerically.

Thurstable and Winstree is a Team Ministry formed by the joining together of three neighbouring benefices, comprising nine parishes. Each of our churches has its own distinctive character and we have strong relationships across our parishes.

Our team is soon to become part of a larger new Benefice of 18 churches within the Witham Deanery, and are looking to recruit more clergy and form stronger bonds between us, working more closely together as a team and sharing our talents and strengths.

This is an exciting time to join us as we move together into this new stage of our common life

Memorial Services in our churches

All are invited to join us and remember those we have lost especially in the past year, but at any time in our lives on Sunday 2nd November at St Luke’s Tiptree at 4 pm. CO5 0SU
